Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy governs the delivery process for all physical products purchased from Printsense.live. For information about the delivery of printer services (remote or on-site assistance), please check your service confirmation or reach out to our support team for details.
1. Order Processing Time
Processing Duration: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order ships, we’ll send you a separate email containing your tracking number and expected delivery timeline.
Cut-off Time: Orders received after 12:00 PM PST are generally processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.

Note: Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather disruptions, or seasonal demand spikes. Printsense.live cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control once an order has left our warehouse.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently deliver orders within the United States and Canada.
For express or next-day shipping, a physical street address is required—P.O. boxes are not eligible for expedited service.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)
If your order involves international shipping, any applicable custom duties, tariffs, or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Printsense.live is not responsible for these additional fees, and by placing an order, you agree to handle any such costs applied during or after shipment.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Printsense.live is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, please take the following steps:
Contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.
Retain all packaging materials and damaged products for inspection.
Notify us at support@printsense.live so we can help guide you through the claim process.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet shipped, we will update the address at no charge.
If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery address. Returned packages due to incorrect addresses can be re-shipped at the buyer’s expense.
